SO sad to see it in this state. a few months ago i answer a criags list ad for a 57 convertible that needs SOME RESTO well as you will see below it was shot the car has been sitting in a field behind a house here in NJ since 1972. it was hit hard in the nose. not even the firewall was saveable on this car. from the pic the door and 1/4 look ok but they were not. it sat all these years with the top down everything from the frame up is rot frame rusted so bad you cant tell its a frame trees fell on it and stayed there no title or vin plate all trim gone. top frame you could just sweep it away. an he wanted 4.500 for it. for me too pass on it that had to be one sad site to see.i also had posted this pic in my barn find post and some asked whats the story on it so    i made this post
