Not sure if this was ever posted, probably was but in case this is a 4th gen Monte with a 4th gen (97-02) Camaro Dsh...kinda different a bit cool at the same time:

Got to give the guy credit, It took some imagination and a lot of work to do that. It may be the angle pic but it looks like it's squeezed between the A pillers. Not something I'd do, but then again, I have always liked the "pod" look the 4th gen Montes have. My truck has it and My old Fiero had it, I guess I'm just weird...

yeah Dave, looks like they had to notch around the a-pilar... also, it appeare to see the side brackets(??) Something is visible on the sides.

actually the more i look at it, the more it looks "hacked" in... there are some funky seams on the top od the dash, and the passenger air bag cover seams to just be sitting there, and not fitted in.

 Tim, the Camaro A piller panels are wider than the Monte's, that why it has the gap between the dash and piller panel. And yeah the air bag cover does look like it's just sitting there.
