I've got an 85 Monte Carlo with a V6 I'm in need of upgrading my Suspension.Here's the thing though I'm gonna be putting a V8 in it..So I want something a bit more heavy duty..Any suggestions?

looking to lower the car in the process? Better cornering? smoother ride?

I'm not to concerned with the way the car looks..I'm just looking for something performance wise so yea I'd say better cornering and a smooth ride is always a plus but not always a necessity

A good set of Monroe gas shocks will be fine for daily driving. a set of Bilsteins will really make a differance in handling.

a set of sway bars should help out in the cornering area as well

 Oh yeah!!! Makes a huge differance. The IROC front bar keeps the front planted on turns. Adding a "live" rear bar keeps the back on track as well.
