For lunch 5 days a week...working in the city...lol...for dinner I'd say once or twice...Mom's cooking = another reason not to buy a house! lol...

I make my food as much as possible so I can keep it healthy and save money.
I have a little cooler bag I carry with me to work.

None for lunch always pack mine, healthy you know, dinner 2x a week probably, unless i am tired or have to work 12 hr shifts, then 3x.

I usually eat out on the weeekends. I would say 2 times a week maybe.

Well, guess I'm in the minority here. cuz I voted in the 4-7 range.  I work in the mid-afternoon and evenings, so I'm usually eating at one of the fast food places about 4x/week.  I don't work in an office, so there's no way to heat anything up that I could bring with me, and I don't like eating cold sandwiches for dinner.
