Well guys i found a new barn find today and turned my friend on to it since he was looking for a old truck from the 30`s. it is a 1938 chevy fire rescue rig that was parked in its barn in 1970`s it has not seen daylight till we pulled it out today.
Wow that is cool, Nice find!! Best of luck to him on his restore...probably gunna be a big project, but I'm sure it will turn out awesome!!! Barn finds are the best!!!!
maybe it's just us lol. today getting some lunch and nice earily 90's GMC Sierra was behind me and all i could think about was the Fall Guy... I wanted that truck when i was a kid lol
Wow look at this so called "Barn Find" looks in good condition for a project...something tells me those aren't original seats though! Looks to be decently priced...
Just got back from hershey PA sorry i did not get to take photos on the way up . but on the way up i passed 6 different farms with 57 chevys sitting on them one farm had a barn close to the road from what i could see it had a few old trucks 30`s to late 50`s dodge and chevy next to the barn and the barn doors were open. the barn was filled with cars hoods up and down covered it flith. i wish i had time to stop and take more photos.on the way home i came back a different way it was early am and i took the long way home for the sites. but again with 3 kids in the car i did not get to stop and take many photos. One farm up in lancaster pa had 2 old cropdusters for the 40s and one from the 60s i thought that was cool and a bunch of old tractors it looked like a tracker junk yard he had so many of them.
i don't know if i could ever get in a restored plane.... something about being 1000's of feet in the air and in the hands of some shadetree mechanic...
and yes I've seen what they do to comercial planes.. but i try not to think about that.
