Like Tim said, Who the hell gets up at 4 in the morning to go to a Christmas party?
Those two idiots and their families from Upstate! LOL!


well, 1018 miles in 48 hours, no dash lights, just over 40 gallons of fuel,
$45. in tolls and $87. in food, But we made it to Long Island for one heck of a weekend that
Matt and I will never forget!

The ride down was pretty uneventful, one little hic-up with the GPS.but the scenes from the Bridge were sweet!

all I can say is NY City is a nice place to visit, But I sure wouldn't want to live there! We had a blast! Thank you to Tommy, Angela, Jay and Marilyn for setting the whole weekend up. Can't wait till 2011 when we can return!

Awesome pics Dave, I'm glad ya got to go and enjoy the City for bit

As for the streets, I remember a long time ago, a tourist stopped me and asked "Is this wall Street?" (Downtown) and I was like yeah ( we were on wall street) he was like "world famous wall street paved in gold?" I was like " Well this is wall street, but it sure ain't paved in gold!"

Now you guys know why I Don't drive to work everyday...

As for the traffic...ya think that's bad? Remember you went on Sunday Morning, try going during the week during rush hour! HA!!!!

Great pics! That was a nice trip. Traffic wasn't bad.... except in one spot where 2 cars were blocking 7th Ave by double parking. Must have been out-of-towners!!!!

we weren't doing anything worse that what a cop was doing....and becides, when the taxi came along, they were triple parked lol

Doc, What that wasn't normal NYC driving habits? Could have fooled me, LOL!
