Battery Tender

I want to get a battery tender for this winter especially since it is starting off so damn cold. I was looking at the one below. Will this work with my Optima Red Top Battery or do I need one specifically for that type of battery?

Rich I have been thinking about getting one as well. I'm sure it will work fine with the Optima, it's still a 12 volt battery, plus you didn't have to change anything with your charging system right?
