NYMCC Trip to Orange County Choppers

Hello All,
  
Some of us have been discussing taking a trip up to OCC on Saturday, March 13th.  Weather permitting, we would like to leave early in the morning.

Our friends John & Nancy are only about a 1/2 from OCC, they have been kind enough to let us meet at their house.  And Anthony will be scoping out a place to eat Dinner and will make arrangements. 

Now all we need is an approx head count.  I think we have a confirmed 12 people so far.  Let me know if who would like take this cruise up with us.

OK Not too early Joe... We have to find out what time is good for everyone. I think if we leave around 10ish, that will get us to Chester around 12:30. Lets find out from Nancy & John what time is good for them.

OMG, how many people? Good thing I took off a few days that week to get things done! Looking forward to seeing everyone and hanging out with everyone! Kids are definately welcome, there is a fun center in town where they can all go hang out, roller skate, play laser tag, arcade, go carts, etc.....and the rest of us can do whatever else we want to do..........OCC for some, Woodbury Commons outlet shopping for others.......LOL. I will look into discount rates for the Castle for the kids and let you know what I find out. OCC is only about 20 to 25 minutes away for those of you that really want to go there, driven past the building several times but I have never been in there. What about our other favorite thing, food and deserts??????? Do we do potluck or are we planning on going out somewhere? I'll get on here more often to see what everyone suggests.

Great minds think alike. I emailed OCC on Saturday. This is the reply I got back from them today.

Thank you for your e-mail.
As you may know, we have recently moved into our new world headquarters.  The
address and hours are listed on our website.  www.orangecountychoppers.com
You can get directions by clicking on the picture on our website of our store
and entering any place that you are coming from.
Here we have many of the bikes that are seen on the TV show on display.
We are very sorry but we cannot offer tours of our factory nor have private meet
and greets with the guys.  This is not only a working facility but we film 5
days a week.  We do however have a viewing area where you can watch the guys
work and film part of upcoming shows.
Take care and have a wonderful trip.

We'll still have a good time. The viewing area sounds interesting.

Don't worry with the way we act, they may whined up filming the NYMCC show and forget about OCC!!!! lol

I hope they have the black widow bike their, I'm not the biggest fan of the show, BUT I sure do like that bike!

Thats a pretty good looking building they have there, nice backroung for maybe a group smoke show or something like that. That would make good TV, no?
