If I was closer to retirement...I'd sooo highly consider this....perhaps a house there will become available when I get closer to retirement...one day....very cool idea...and 70K for 5 acres is a great deallll....

Boy thats scary, I was thinking the same thing, The dues and taxes would not be that expensive. CLUB NYMCC. Maybe even rent it out to other car people and make a few bucks!!! When I was competing in truck driving compititions, the nationals were out in Flagstaff. Seemed to be a nice area.
