Ok I went in 3 days ago to get a recall done at the dealer..well they also did a 24 point inspection n everything seemed to be doing great. Well today my stupid engine light came on and when I looked under the hood the oil neck was barely hanging on to the thread. So my question is can a loose oil neck be the cause of my engine light? And sence I tightened it I'm guessing since its not a sensor it has to be manually be cleared..if that is in fact the problem?

very well could be, and yes, it will more than likely need to be cleared. Maybe someone near you has a scanner that can clear codes. I have a couple here, but don't know where you are located

Well ima about to head to the dealer to get some compensation. Its amazing how you go to them when they initially mess something up with manufacturing then 4hrs later they mess something else just looking at it
