Who remembers the 97 Daytona 500? It was almost the end of the race and Dale Earnhardt's car get hit. He spins and then rolls the car. We gets out unhurt goes to the ambulance. He's sitting in the ambulance and looks over at his car and sees the tires are still on and rhere are no flats. He tells the tow truck driver to see if it starts. Well it fired back up so he ran over to it and Drove it to the pits. He returned to the track a few minutes later driving the same car he just rolled. They duct taped the trunk lid on because he needed a trunk lid to be on the track.... Well anyway Action performance had made ceramic replica's of the car exactly how it had finishedthe race. I had one on order for over a year and my order was cancelled because they couldn't fill all the orders. I was bummed and pissed because back then i realy wanted it for my collection. Well at the pumpkin run low and behold there's onefor sale... i was in awe when i saw it. I wanted it bad, but didn't have $285.00 to it... i've never seen one in person... that thing was heavy. I did get the guys card i might try to still get it.
i don't think so Dave. i think those dvd's are of some of his greatest wins. i tried to find the end of the race on the internet but kept coming up empty. will look some more.
