I'm in, now I only have to decide on which monte i am going to take. hmmmm. decisions, decisions, lol. In all seriousness, if there is a threat of rain I will just drive my truck and be a spectator if we still even go then.
gonna try to make it got check on the gas milage took a 1/4 tank to get to ollcott last night for the cruise maybe i have to retard the timing or something but as of now i'm game
Not sure Kevin? I would think at least 100. Here is a link with some pics. Last year there was some rain in the morning and that seemed to scare off quite a few
I was just gonna say between 150 to 200, cant remember the exact number. Last year was down due to the threat of rain and definately over 100 cars. plus you get the store, and the race track is not that far away
Dave - here is my plan. the family and i are going to spend the night at my sister's house. in the morning angeli and i will get up and meet you where ever is easiest. the kids will stay with my sister for the day and then we will pick them up on the way home from the show. As of right now there is a 40 percent chance of rain for Tallmadge, oh.
Matt, might as well meet at my house. Jason is just around the corner too, so it makes sense. We'll fill up on the Blvd. before hitting the 290.
It is supposed to rain here Sunday as well, But the report keeps changing. Was supposed to be Saturday and Sunday, now just Sunday. Hopefully over the next few days it will be moved to Monday. I'm planning on cleaning up both Montes. This way I'm covered either way.

I most likely will need to leave by 3;30 because the kids will be at my sisters and she has stuff to do so we will have to pick them up. If we are able to stay later than we will.
yah i have been watching the weather all day. I think my final decision is that i am out. I can't see driving 5 hours to stand in the rain and return all in one day. Plus I really don't want to be caught in a heavy downpour doing 70 in the monte.
Dave, if you and Matt still go, have fun. I will shoot for the next one. Bob. I was looking forward to hanging out but we will meet up next time.
Well, let me say, the guys in Ohio really know how to put on a show! EXCEPT when it sprinkles! Matt and I pulled in about 10AM, There were only 5 other cars there. They said they would wait another hour and see how things go. Cleaned the car up, checked out the other cars. 4 more cars showed up and Well, about 11 it started to sprinkle and they called the show a wash out. But the guys from Summit were cool and gave out some really cool door prizes. Metal signs, Shirt and hat packages, clocks and a few other cool things. We stayed another hour shopping in the store before heading home. Was good time, damp but we had fun. And I can't wait till next year! I'll have pics up in a day or two.
Tim, I found a do it yourself car wash the exit before Summits, so next year we can get the bugs off before pulling into the show, LOL!
