consider Bing ditched. i wasn't going anyway since we planed on going to Olcott.

people can stay at our house. it is only 1 hr to Maple Grove. Crusher we could probably make special arrangments for you to have a private room...lol

Kevin and Tommy, Are you guys planning to do the entire weekend or just the Sunday show?

Last year we did Saturday only and it was OK, But I guess the big show is Sunday. Tim, Jim and I were thinking of only doing Sunday's Show.

I think the Show ends Sunday about 4, We'll probably stay to the end.


Tim, it's up to you, I won't get to Jim's that Friday until late, as I won't be able to get out of work both Friday and Monday. I might get to take a 1/2 day that Friday.

The Hotel manager is going to give me a call back tomorrow. I put in for 10 rooms for NYMCC.. not sure if we will need that much, since the upstate crowd will be at Hotel Squiz..

Just called the Holiday Inn and really they are not very bright!!! I was first told that we couldn't hold a block of rooms. Then when I asked to make a reservation, they asked me if I was with a group.  I THOUGHT YOU COULDNT HOLD A BLOCK OF ROOMS!


HERE IS WHAT THEY HAVE:

Some standard 2 full beds left, mostly King size rooms at $150 per night. I made our reservation but I suggest you call ASAP if you want to stay at this hotel.

If you know of any other hotel in the area feel free to make the reservation, and let us know, I can always cancel my reservation any time up untill the day of arrival.

I booked the room, and the forst question they asked was if I was with a Group I asked if the NYMCC had a book of rooms, they looked it up and said no...

So I'm all set with the Hotel just gotta fill out the registraition form, which should be easy on deciding which car to take lol.

OK glad everyone is booked.. This happens to be a very nice hotel, so we should have a good time.

It's funny, they asked me for all the info, asked how many rooms I wanted held. told me I couldnt hold rooms for a group. Then when I asked to just reserve my room, they asked if I was with a group!
