I think it will go more like this:

The Knight division

The Shield Division
2 (1973-1975)

The Monte Division
8 (1970-1972)
The Carlo Division
4 (1976-1977)

With the Knight division taking the overall victory in round 2

And the Monte Division taking the overall win in round 2

Leaving the Roads Region the Champions in round 3
