i have not been that active here lately in posts, but i do lurk and read everyone elses.

But i finally got a job!  i been unemployed since june, thanks to teacher cuts.  I am now doing the books, and billing, and driving around picking up cars from dealers for a car wash in farmingdale.  best part is that i get my car washed every week!

we pick cars up from dealers that are trade ins and off lease to detail prior to going to auction or to their used car lots. drove a lancer evo my first week we picked up at a toyota dealer, it was scary fast. but mostly camrys and rav4s which i am really sick of driving now 4 weeks into it now. but the billing part is easy just like the rest of the job

this is just till i get another teaching position though

Congrats on the new job!!!

And yeah, driving other cars can be exciting as well as boring. The EVO is a nasty quick car, It was the first Manual I started to teach my kid to drive on. When that turbo kicked in he really had fun, LOL!

Its the Route 109 Car Wash in farmingdale. I work there monday through friday if anyone wants to show off their monte carlo to me

The Evo was ridiculously fast. I had to keep to the limit though since we have transporter plates and they are hard to get and easy to lose for good. But it was tempting
