which ones ate the 6x9's i know like my passenger rear speaker seems to be going ... and figureing the speakers would be same for all of the 2000 thru 07's?...
also on my 07 i had the upgraded radio with the extra speakers think from 4 to 6? (or 6 to 8) along with the upgraded single disc to 6 disc which i see online i can buy just wondering how tricky it be to take my radio out of the center dash.. and where was those exra speakers located anyways?.. and now thinking of it i dont think i have my amp its located under the rear thingy where ur able to get to the speakers from underneath thingy.. i do recall amp there on 07 but now i think of it i dont think i got one on this 06 cause i see a added whire harness not attached to anything in my trunk i think came from a after market box.. ill have to look tommorrow for my amp ..lol

not all the speakers are the same from 00-07, they even varied within each model year. Some are 2ohm, some are 4ohm

different sound systems in the cars, some have basic, some have premium, some have Bose, some have amps, some dont

I have premuim with the amp and love the way they sounded!! but now i also have 12s with them and love them lol

Dude! Ever hear of options??? Like he said, there are different levels of entertainment packages available. If every car was the same it would be boring.

yea heard of options but for like mine was either 4(or 6 i dont know how many speakers i got) or the upgraded radio which i had in my o7 with 2 extra speakers and from a single disc to 6 disc but figured either way the speakers themselves would all be same size over the yrs in a same generation car..

speakers are the same size, but the ohms change with different head units and amp packages. Just like every other car or home stereo system

cars usually runs 4ohm
home usually runs 8ohm

have seen as low as 1ohm and as high as 20ohm in both applications

oh ok so they all mighta been same size but differnt ohms over the yrs so i could have right size but to low or to high of ohm that was desgined for my yr gottcha... im sure thou that who had this car before did take the amp out since where i recalled it was in my 07 on this 06 is missing and i see new wiring been taped and a another wire lead leading to what musta been the box ill have to have someone look at it and make sure to see if the wiring has to be fixed again now.. ill take pic in day or 2 of what is there now

are the 6x9 the ones in the rear cause one of mine is semi blown cause of bad sealant around rear window

6x9's are rear, 6.5 are front

cool cause since realizing that at one time or another the car had its back window smashed for whatver reason and whoever did the seal around the new window sucked ass cause when it rains, theres a bad seal along bottom window and im sure thats how my trunk gets flooded in the spare tire hold and why that side's speaker is little blown, water musta got got speaker wet from underneath in the trunk area at some point..
