Okay I am a little confused. I took apart the internals of the doors on my 85 to once and for all rebuild all the internals, install new sweeps and install new window motors. The problem I ran into was that the window regulators seem to be missing the little springs that assist with lifting the glass. Am I really missing these on both doors? I don't want to risk burning up the new motors I am installing but I want to be sure before I search for new regulators.

What say you?
