well? everyone better get in here and miss me now!

 

 

oh.. what i've been doing. work has been off the wall nuts. the only other thing besides working that i've been doing is small work on the buick. i can not thank frank enough, he did most of the work. as it sits right now the buick has a dashboard and steering wheel. the car is ready for paint. i did get lucky though when i pulled the carpet there was only 1 dime sized rothole. the passanger side is clean enough to eat off of. 

 

i will be out at the local meets this year. i'll be out with the jeep, ben or my brother with the VW. 

 

other then that i will be doing a major slim down to get in to my brother VW GTI. once i slim down i will be pulling the 1252 #'s out of NHRA retirement. i will be back up driver for my brother when he cant run some races or if he gets hurt.  in other news.. i'm in the process of buying my dad's super comp dragster. so things are a bit busy. 

 

for those of you who dont know who i am.. (i'm sure some stories have been told at one time or another.) i'm one of the original NYMCC members... i mean.. from 2001.. kinda been here for a while.. lol

 

so whats up with everyone?

Hey Rob!!! Funny you should pop on today! Tim and I were just talking about you yesterday. We were wondering where you have been. But it looks like you have just been busy. And that's a good thing.

Glad to hear the GN is moving along.

As for me, been working and trying to put the SS back together for the trip to NC next weekend.

Dave, I'm crazy busy. I tagged Tim in a post on FB the other day. The Buick is kinda on hold trying to free up some money. I have it down to 2 places to have it painted. A place in Atlanta and my brothers friend in nj. He has a shop and mainly does vette restos. He does hot rods too. He just finished a 67 Chevy pick up. Came out great.
