It would have to be a Saturday for me. Maybe come up Friday night and go home Sunday. That is if Hotel Gleave is open. Hope the service there is as good as the Hotel Squizz i always hear about...lol

OK great guys! So we are looking good for this date so far, Jim Hotel Gleave is open! But the veranda doesn't have a flaming table. LOL

The Doc's are in as well.. Scott the more the merrier as far as I'm concerned. :)

Richie, we meet up and cruise in as a group. Once there we have a BBQ.

No map really needed, take 25 to about 50' from the end, Orient State park is right there

 

Usually meet up at LIE exit 56 and again at LIE exit 64

I'll be staying at Tommy& Ang's house so I'll follow them.
I'll bring the important item....well for me that is....lol
we will bring plates and utensils and napkins and such. also we'll grab chips and pretzels.

this way i can avoid having to travel that far with a big cooler

Ok all, time to make a meet time,

First meet spot, rt112 & LIE behind 7/11, its located on the service rd, I think its a rehab building.

Anyone coming west of my house can meet there (Joe,Rich) or anyone else at 11:00am, we roll at 11:15, meet time set for about 11:30 11:45, we roll at 12:pm!!!!
This will put us there at Orient about 1:30ish, 

How's this sound to everyone? or should we meet a little earlier?

As far as who is bringing what.. we will bring the camping bag with cooking utensils, off spray, it has a table cloth and some other various items. I am sure Jay will bring the grill..

For food:

Tommy and i will bring Hamburgers and buns, and some salads.

They just changed the weather for Saturday as Angela shows , we will also bring some hamburgers and hot dogs, cole slaw, mac salad, and some desserts. There is a need for beverages, paper goods, snacks etc..... we will bring another grill and some charcoal for the grills that are there. Basically, if there is something that you prefer, by all means bring it. Cannot wait to see everyone again, and enjoy one of our favorite parks, and cruises.  See everyone there..biggrin
