I know it's a long way off, but I already got my room booked at the Quality Inn (Wanna be near my good friend Crusher) and rooms there are going fast....I highly recommend this show!!! it was an awesome time for sure!!!
I'm booked. I think there were other people that said they were booked or going on the old board. Does anyone know who they are? I'm going to attempt to keep a current list on the MCSS board.

Cool joe. I would love to see at least 1 Monte from each year it was made be repesented. That would be cool to see them lined up by year. Has that ever been done?

OK Guys and Gals I just spoke to Rick, we basically are going to need a rough estimate on the ammount of cars coming.... and we can get a nice space set aside for Montes...
If there is anyone interested about the indoor Parking, we can get Building Y which can hold about 14-15 cars, BUT the main thing to consider about this is the cars have to be in the building the Thursday Before at 7pm, and can't leave until Sunday at 3PM
If we get enough people in the building we will get the space just outside the building for outside Monte Setups
I would like to get at least 1 or 2 of every generation car if we get enough feedback for indoor parking....PM me or post up if interested so I can get lists together
Thoughts? Suggestions? Opinions? Ideas? Let me know, Joe
i don't need the inside plus i don't want to be there for 4 days..lol someone telling me I CAN"T leave with my car aint going to happen..lol and i don't think anyone else is going for 4 days.lets all just get the count togehter and go from there.

Yep I agree with Ya Jim, Originally a lot of people wanted indoor parking until they realised what was involved...still would be cool to have an entire building to ourselves but the 4 day thing is a killa....Oh well one big area designated to us outside is just as good, but I posted everywhere to see what the indoor feedback is, some may still be interested....I'll keep updateing...
Joe, If we do the outdoor group, we can come and go as we please and aren't commited to the 4 day weekend correct??? they will just hold a reserved spot for outdoor parking for the weekend right? Also is it possible that if there were enough people that wanted to do the indoor that the rest that is left outside is close to the building? never been there so I don;t know the setup. There is still time and we already have 21 people signed up. Also, is the NMCOA or !st gen board is aware of this? may be more people there that might want to go, furtering our chances to get some in the indoor section.
Sounds good tommy, I actually just created an account there, and was awaiting approval to post...even if we just get one or two from there, that's one or two more we had before.....
I posted under FGMCC...also added some more montes from other sites to the list....will post on Gbodyforums eventually...gunna wait for things to die down there a bit before I start a new topic...

Steve That is AWESOME news!!!! I know the issue at hand, and I'm glad everyone was able to work past it!!!
I have to work on updating the list this weekend, their maybe close to 60-70 Montes already a far cry from the 15 we had last year which again is great!!!
Also as an fyi they will be raffling off a 1979 Monte...I will post up more details everywhere about this soon!

*raises eyebrow*
They're raffling a 1979 Monte Carlo? Seriously?
That's odd since the third generation (1978-1980) is most-often considered the LEAST favorite of all generations..... I'm VERY interested to seeing the additional details on this, Joe.
Details on the car give-a-way and seperate engine give-a-way only stip is you have to be thier Sunday to take the car:
ATTEND THE SHOW AND WIN A 1979 MONTE CARLO Giveaway Car Presented by Carlisle Events on Sunday
Don’t miss your chance to win a great example of Chevy history – a 1979 Monte Carlo - on Sunday of the All-GM Nationals. This Monte is running a small block Chevy with tons of engine and interior upgrades. Be at the stage on Saturday with the “Giveaway Car” ticket provided to you upon entry of the event to be eligible to win a car! No purchase is necessary but you must be present to win.
ATTEND THE SHOW AND WIN A ENGINE Sponsored by Gardner Competition Engines on Saturday
We’re teaming up with Gardner Competition Engines and Chevy Enthusiast Magazine for another great engine giveaway. This year we will present a 383-cubic-inch Chevrolet Small Block V8 to one lucky winner. The build of this pump gas street motor is expected to produce between 450 to 500 horsepower. Two installments of the build will be featured in the June and July issues of Chevy Enthusiast.
Hi all, I registered for the show a couple of weeks ago. There are two links on the Carlisle site. Using the MC registration allows them to quickly identify how many MC's are showing up, (according to Carlisle management when I asked).
Not sure if everyone has done so, but if you can, please register for the show...Carlisle holds spots based on the number of pre-registered vehicles, and to date they only had 15 Montes registered...
The new forms have a "Monte" block to check off, so we can be included in the anniversary celebrations. I'm sure you can do it at the showfield when getting your materials.

What I had meant was total number of Montes. I dont expect to see 2244 Monte's there.... although that would be absolutly outstanding! And Matty, yeah, all Monte Carlo's park together, by year/class
