Correct me if I'm wrong but the left hand button should lite up "orange" when there is a new post. However you do have to read it to make it go away.

correct but, on the oldsite there was a posts since last visit option on the upper right of the main page ,, a bit easier

You know I never used that feature on the old board, so I am not sure what it looked like. I used to just look for Red buttons...LOL

I'll check it out and let you know if I find anything...

If you click your name... Click home, this page pops up...it's like a preview page...

I noticed the same thing. I hate that it stays red after I post in a topic too...LOL, you have to go back in and out again to change the color... I will look at it later and see if it's a setting that can be changed.

Mine is doing the samething. After I read it still says unread.

It shouldn't stay RED after you read the post... unless you are using different computers or just hitting the "back" button or even viewing a post through the Chatbox. You will still have a RED indicator.

It does stay RED if you post in that forum. That is annoying....

I just read a few posts and the Buttons turned grey (as if I read the post), it seems to be working correctly.
