We got more work done today. The pegboard is up and the 3/4" plywood is down on the workbench top and shelf.




Then we got the shelves done where the old shed door used to be.


Then I put up my Garage Vacuum



Then i unpacked the 2 boxes from my old office at my other job these are my Camaro's and my winross trucks.

Got a bit of stuff done on New years eve. Got all 4 speakers up and ran all of the wires ans put a temporary shelf up to hold the stereo.




Then i got the bench vise and a fire extinquisher mounted just in case..lol



Then today I worked on the shed side cleaning things up this is what it looked like before.

we had Franky's birthday party today so since my brothers were here we decided to build a loft in the garage after the party.


added 4x4's in the wall to support the beam



here we are hoisting the 10"x6" beam at 16'-6" long into place


and my 1 brother has to see if it bounces..lol



it doesn't look like much but it will add a bit of storage(of course i had to get my sign back up)





we'll get the plywood on tomorrow

You guys crack me up. You'll be able to sleep in the house when you come down.

And if that lofts falls someone will be in big trouble especially since my car is under it now.


We got the plywood floor done on the loft. The loft is 4' deep and 3 1/2' high on the left and 1 1/2' on the right so that will make for a lot of storage.


Then we cleaned the garage all up an it looked good.



It looks prett deep in this picture


So I figured it was time to finally see how much room I have so I back my car all the way against the back wall.



There's still plenty of room on both sides of the car and the I can still open the side door of the garage. Just can't get in the trunk but oh well. So I pulled Karen's car in and there was plenty of room to work on it so I rotated the tires and did a oil change on it.

got a little work done on the garage nothing big, but I got my shelf and light done over the workbench and some cars put up on it. Then i ran ethernet and cable lines out there. And my make shift pc desk is set up for now until i build the other corner work bench.

well i picked up the siding for the garage a few weeks ago and yesterday one of my brother came up and did the garage door wall.... and damn that boy does some fine work lots of detail work and stuff to deal with. so here's a picture of the front wall done.

holy crap it's been April since my last update... oh that's right the summer is here and it's been time to play..lol

well anyways i got a free sweet rolling work bench from the neighbor. I'm also using it as a desk. i got the shelves done in the corner for the PC and the stereo along with the Direct Tv box and all. I have a wireless keyboard and mouse so if i need the bench i can just roll it wherever.





Then me and Franky built a table to put my FREE glass beater cabinet onto. My friend had it given to him, but had no room for it. So he asked if I had room. I laughed and said hell I'll make room for Free...lol
My neighbor across the street had a brand new parts washer still not put together and he said here i'll never use this so i got that fro Free as well. Then I scored 6 gallons of cleaner for ...you guessed it Free as well..lol





Then we worked on cleaning the work bench off in my old work room before I had the Garage. I haven't seen this bench in years. we threw a lot away as well as added to the scrap pile. Now my son has his own work bench to use. The tractor stays in the room, but there's plenty of room to move around it.

got a little project done in the garage. i hung the 50' hose reel and installed the swivel base. my brother in law bought it for me for xmas like 6 years ago..lol
my one brother stopped by last week and asked if i wanted a drop ceiling in the garage. he had enough tile left from another job so now i'm getting a drop ceiline all put in for FREE..

well my dad called and wanted me to come takesome stuff from his garage. he's selling his house and wanted to have less stuff at the new place. so i filled the back of the Hoe up with stuff. got some scrap metal to get rid of for him. lots of tools and equipment. believe it or not i actually got it all put away and organized except for 1 box. i'm goingto try and sell some of the stuff forhim. he didn't want to be bothered with eBay, but i feel sort of bad jsut taking all the stuff. so this am i posted 2 paged of stuff one eBay. plus he gave me a arc welder,but i have no use for it . so i'll try andsell it for him.

well it was a good weekend got the hardest wall of all done. one of my brothers came over and brought some scaffolding so we could get the PITA wall done. got the last fascia done on the shed.so many angles and all and it turned out awesome

here's the first piece going up. a friend of mine came over to help and also learn how to do it.


here's my brother looking at the fascia wondering how the heck he's going to finish it. he even scribed around evey stome to get the aluminum trim to look good.




here he is up on the scaffolding doing an awesome job.


here's the finished product


i got my doors hung back up and functioning properly finally. i got the wood all wrapped with the aluminum trim and then got all the siding trim on them. was going to get the siding down, but mother nature had other plans...


i know the hinges look Chitty, but i'll change them later.
