I was out there for like 7hrs welding and I got in a rush. It's not easy to weld that thin stuff. I should have let it cool a little more. I warped it in a few places. I was able to band it around and get it close

Got the fender striped, epoxied and reinstalled. Now for a little filler, epoxy, primer and some blocking

Finished up the wheel well lip repair yesterday




Had a small hole in the front of the outer wheel well. Fixed that but still needs a little more grinding



Today Sunday 1-22-12 I cut off the lower rear piece of the quarter along with a small piece of the trunk that holds it




Doesn't look too bad up in there
