Ok I'm having trouble starting it again it was fine for a week now its doing it again... I was thinking could the wrong battery be the problem. Its the same size battery as the one b4 but different numbers on top... could it bne that there ar e too many amps to where there is too much power?
Kyle, more Amps in a battery won't make a differance, amperage rating is a reserve rating, Your starter motor will only take so much, the rest just sits. It's like taking a glass of water from the faucet, You only take 1 glass, but there are millions of glassfulls just waiting to come out. No harm in letting them sit.
Besides, you took it to a mechanic, didn't he check the battery? Did he do anything? Or is this just some guy off the street saying he's a mechanic?
Tim is right, it should be a 78 series battery in there.

exactly! loose connection can wreek havoc on electrical issues. and they don't have to be loose, if there is any corrosion, the extra resistance will cause the same thing.
