Hello everyone,

      My name is Matthew and I own a 1988 Monte Carlo SS, I live in Clifton Park NY. Just north of albany.

MY mods to Monte are:

350 chevy engine out of a 72
700r4 trans
570 street performer Holly carb
hooker headers
3" true dual exhause to 2.5" tail pipes

I would love to see other Monte carlos so let me know if you are in the area!

thank you, I have been trying to get some pics of the car to post and I should have them soon.

If anyone is local to me and has some free time I would like to get some help on this monte. I am looking for good body shops and some solid advice on the motor.

Hi Matt, nice to meet you. I am up here in Ballston Spa, not too far from you. I own a 2003 Jeff Gordon Limited Edition Monte Carlo SS.

I camp seasonal in Deer Run, on the other side of Mechancville all summer. Perhaps we can meet up somewhere, so I can see your car and you can see mine.

As far a a body shop down that way, the only place I know is Northstar Chevrolet.
