"potential" new house

So last night, we accepted an offer for some one to buy our house, and an offer was accepted for us to buy a new house!!!  If everything goes well would should be moving at the end of April, so PLEASE keep your fingers crossed that there are no hic-ups.  It's been a crazy 5 days!!!!

Tim, that is a really nice house!!! Good luck Brother! I can't wait to slide down that spiral staircase bannister!!

Matt, Tim won't swim in your toilet so please don't pee in his pool! Personally, I think it would make a better goldfish pond, LOL!

that might be the funniest thing to read at 5:35am. lol

 

tim good luck with it! house looks great and fairly new! and if you need the driveway resealed i might beable to help. however, i sugest a "lane" for the cars to park in.. you know. to know where the parking spots are.. just sayin.

Well our house was inspected on Sunday. Should see the results of that sometime today. Our new house was inspected this morning. Nothing too major, but definately a lot of little things to address.

so a little update, we were scheduled to close on the 28th, but due to the seller having difficulties in getting all his belongings out, looks like it will be the 6th that we will take possession.

have fun with that Tim.... we got so tired of the kids askign can we go swiming when they were littler. but if we were busy and couldn't watch them they had to wait, but then they would get all pissy because they couldn't go it.... so that just made me take even longer at what i was doing to make them wait longer...lol
