I am feeling out the possibility of producing custom show boards and car posters. Some of you saw my new board at Binghamton and since then I have been doing some investigative research.

I currently can print poster size boards up to 24" x 36" on my HP 8 color Z2100 graphics printer. The prints can be on glossy or satin photo stock using UV balanced inks.

I am also currently looking at a 38" hot roll laminator that can laminate the posters to a expanded foam backing board in either 3/16" or 1/4" thick.

I will provide the prints either laminated ready for show display or open stock suitable for framing.

I still need to work out final costs but it looks like raw posters will run from $22.50 - $47.50 based on size from 8.5 x 11 to 24 x 36.

Laminated boards will cost approx $37.50 - $129.00 depending on size.

Here is a picture of the board I made for Binghamton, this is prior to pinstripng the hood so I will be changing the images although the formatting will remain the same. But it does give an idea of what can be done. So please comment up if you have an interest in something like this.
