Thanks for the heads up and the link Frank. I will preregister for this. I am going to try to preregister for as much as I can this year. Just the ones that I know I would go rain or shine.
Olcott fills up extremely fast. I would like to get there at least an hour earlier then previous years.
i booked at the Sleep Inn for me ansd Karen. i know others are staying at the Holiday Inn, but it's cheaper for me at Sleep Inn and i can use it towards a free night. i will drive out with Dave to meet up for the show.

I don't remember which car I registered! Is there a way to find out? I will have to check my pay pal recoreds and see if there are any notes with info.
We were at the Northern Chevelle Gathering in July and the President of the Time Travelers Club who puts on the show made an announcement that if clubs are coming, their leadership should call in with an approximate number and they will make sure there is space available. Not sure if this is the same guy, but the Olcott flyer has the number of Joe Sr. (716-692-2433) for additional info. Just passing it along.

I guess it would depend on what time we need to be there by, haha. I am thinking that we can meet at Mobil on Latta & 390. Head 390N and take the Parkway out. Once we know the time frame Paul can hook up with us on the way so he doesn't have to back track to the start point. So what time do we want to get there or are we going to meet somewhere before Olcott so that we can roll in together or what? I guess the time is the factor as of now.
Matt, we need to be at the show for 9 AM. We will be leaving my house at 8. Once inside the check in, there is a curve that leads to the parking lot before the park entrance. We'll all meet there. it's the only place that I know we can all see each other.
Frank, I don't know what route you will be taking, But if you follow the line of cars, you'll see the check in pop up where they will be taking your info, then drive straight to the curve and we'll be there.
Tim, your going to be doing a lot of driving that morning! Cool!!!!!

Matt/Tim if you guys are leaving from Greece @ 7:30 I'll meet you along the parkway. Just before you cross over sandy creek and Rt 19 there is a boat launch and the parking lot is right off the parkway. I'll be there @ 7:45 to wait for you guys.
