so i'm thinking the other day.. a while back (years... ) ang and i were talking about maybe doign a nymcc cruise.. that popped in to my head. why not do a NYMCC cruise (drive) to FL? do it in the winter! (next year of course). not even take a lot of time. leave weds. home monday. there is nothing major that i know of but some real nice local shows in palm beach. the drive is not bad at all. split it in to 2 days. long island/nj to emporia va.. the next day down to fl. also not expensive either!
any thoughts?

Kind of like a NYMCC Power tour? Only with Daily Drivers in the winter. 2 days down, 1 day there and 2 days back. Doesn't sound like a bad winter break idea.

well i mean the days are flexable and its more of a day and a half down. the dailys is what i was thinking about. honestly if the gn is done i'll take it.
all and all it will not be expensive... more of a downtime vaca. hanging out at a pool, beach, the local car shows are REALLY nice. hell go when the NHRA pro testing is going on.

Yes!! i would love to do this in 2013.. break away a bit in Jan/Feb sometime. But really you need a full week. Leave Sat Early AM stay in FL until the following Friday. It sounds like a lot of fun!
i'm so down for this. like i said i highly sugest west palm. mainly because i know everywhere to go with food and what not. i really like the idea of going when testing is around. it breaks it up.
we can do really nice inland hotel or something on the water/close to the water.

If y'all get tired, you can stop by my house in Colonial Beach, Va for a reststop. Let me know. It is a ways off. Unless y'all go down I-95 that is, US 301 is about 10 miles away from me.
