Ive run BFG All Terrains on all my past trucks where I didnt want Mud Terrains. In fact, have a set of BFG AT's on the Silverado right now.

i agree Scott the BFG's are a great tire. i've had them on other trucks. But the Kumho's are a better price. the BFG's we just way to much and the tread is not much different. here are some pics of mine when i got them.

jim i was eyeing them kumo's up for a while. my tires started leaking like crazy, and they were lower then i thought. waiting to pick it up from firestone. went with the destination AT's. http://www.tirebuyer.com/tires/firestone/destination-a-t/p/tv107112192?sce=google&CAWELAID=463646905&catargetid=1394762953&cagpspn=pla&gclid=CNvs0qzli7QCFYqZ4Aoda3gAFw

i had about 22k on the goodyears. rotated every oil changeand no major burnouts... really... ok maybe 3 or 4.... but thats it..

Rob, I agree. Goodyears are lousy! The Wranglers on my wife's Liberty only lasted 15K. And that was the Summer seasons only! [Jim and Tim, insert her driving comments here LOL!]

I put a 2 sets of Toyo Open Country AT and got almost 35k on each set, now she has Kumho Venture AT and there holding up pretty well with about 30k on them now.

I'm a Firestone guy myself, But with the cost of tires and that I get a really good deal from Goodyear, I might have to go with Wranglers on thetruck in the Spring. Hopefully they won't have the size I want and the discount will float over to a set of Dunlop Radial Rovers.

i was looking at the dunlops. they had terrible reviews. the toyos are nice. just really expensive. so far i really like the destination AT's but under slow driving 30mph they're a bit loud. highway speeds dead silent.

i think the firestones were 121 a piece. i also needed an alignment because what the guy told me "if i didn tknow any better it fell off a cliff on the passanger side"... or. a 4 1/2 foot drop while driving though new housing developments.....

I just put Toyos on the 300, so much better than the Continentals it came with. The sizes I needed puts me into SUV / Sport Truck tire range.

Toyo Proxes STII - 295/40/20 & 255/45/20

Never liked Continentials Scott, not good wet traction and they have a tendancy to shake.

Rob, Dunlops are better than the Goodyears. The do hold up better.
