2002 Monte Carlo Intimidator FOR SALE
Permalink Closed

My 2002 Monte Carlo Intimidator had a run in with a 2000 Mustang and LOST. Since the accident was MY fault, the insurance companies will not give me ANYTHING for it, so, it IS FOR SALE. I do have pictures, but do not know HOW to post them.

I was told it is worth but $675.00 as it sits, but I dont think thats right.

The entire passenger side was wiped out, crinkled hood, sprung door, shattered rear window. The ground effects on the right side are missing also.

My EMAIL address is:  umberado@comcast.net

email me for additional info IF interested.

Thanks

ouch...sorry to hear. Have you thought of selling it for parts instead? You'd probably get more out of it.

Tony...The Allstate appraiser told me that I did $13,800 worth of damage to it. I think he *HIGH balled* me BIG time tho. He also said that my car was worth $7655.00...and I think he LOW balled me there.

As I told you...I did ALOT to that car. $3500 in body work, a NEW exhaust, NEW K&N air intake, NEW NASCAR tires and NEW wheels. I also kept that Intimidator CLEAN..!!!

It was a show winner twice too...

That "ford" was parked on the side of the road, a DARK back road half ON the road, half off the road, delivering pizza. I was just toolin along, doin the limit, when I hit him. He did NOT have any flashers on either. After the fact, he was IN the driveway, where he SHOULD have parked..!!! HE got TWO tickets, whereas I got NONE..!!!

I was BADLY shaken, but UNhurt.

My poor Intimidator was rendered *totalled*   :((

In the meanwhile, I am looking for another 2002 Monte Carlo Intimidator, preferably LOW mileage, that would be under 90,000 miles, and IDEALY one with a ALARM in it already, OH..and tinted windows.  but I AM very flexible....

If anyone has any leads....PLEASE let me know...?

Well...I DID manage to locate another Dale Sr Monte Carlo SS. I found it *online* in a dealership in Missouri. It is a *Creampuff*. Totally STOCK, ALL original paperwork, COA included, come with the vehicle. It has *drum roll* 23,200 original miles on it..! The original owners babied it, but finally traded it in on a new SIlverado. The dealer wanted $15995, I offered $15 and he accepted my offer. I told the sales rep, that shipping would be a *deal breaker*, and he says he'll ask HIS boss if he'll ship it for FREE.

THAT is where I stand now.
Future developments are pending.

are u really that tight for that extra cash.. i mean that one does have very low mileage u do have to take the pros with cons

yea i was a pizza guy and i never would leave car out on a road except neighborhoods and even only cause it the driveway was pitched to high for my cavalier with the low clearance with the sports package it had... but it was yellow so im sure noone woulda missed seeing it too lol... well i bet that guy learned his lesson sucks the insurance company screwed u.. seems shoulda had lawyer look into that

hopefully u can buy it back thou lol

I FOUND A SWEET 2000 Monte Carlo Pace Car. It has 74717 miles, owned by a GM Tech, NEVER has it seen snow or salty conditions...ALWAYS garaged.

AND...get this, $6990. I have seen other pace cars online, and they are demanding $12,000 and THAT is with many more miles!

I WILL post pictures when I take delivery.

the car is coming along it should be down on the ground today or sometime this week have to replace brake line under left side of car that is leaking bad
then it will go off for alignment, winshield install, and then paint work as soon as it is down on the ground will send you a few pics of it`s progress still can`t find a front lower spoiler and floor matts for it but have everything else
