"I see the way out & I'm gonna take it" __ Carrie Underwood __ 'Wasted'
I hate stress, sleeplessness & cancer.
I dislike gloominess, loneliness & disloyalty.
I like dogs, "me" time & bonfires.
I love driving/road trips, music & conversations.
"...If, at the end, according to our abilities, we have done something to make others a little happier, & something to make ourselves a little happier, that is about the best we can do. To make others less happy is a crime."
Since 12/19/2012, I've tried to make others a little happier, as well as myself, with my OLD CARS, STRONG HEARTS facebook page. If you're on facebook & haven't yet, why not check it out, scroll through the posts since I launched it, & (if so inclined) "like" it?

3 quotes about it:
Cody F = "Such a refreshing change away from the random facebook universe, where you know what the general topic will be, it will be a positive experience, you will learn something, it really is what I’d call a 'destination' page."
Bill & Ro = "What I love about this page is it brings back so many memories that might otherwise be forgotten, the old songs, car photos, movies...kind of makes everything come full circle."
Jon = "Eye candy for any gear head or just a trip back in time!"

Now, if only I could get a "day job"; disability was denied (will appeal). The local radio station posted its Account Executive position again, this time indicating that sales experience was a "plus" (not required). So, I re-applied. BUT, despite my connections, outgoing personality, willingness to visit businesses in person & enthusiasm for noted radio station, so far no dice b/c I don't have professional sales experience....
Thank you, Dave ... I hope so, too. I really don't know how much more of this I can take........ But, it is good to be busy, at least, even though energy levels are pretty much near zero.
