The 86 SS is put away for the winter now, plus the other side of the garage is cleaned up. Getting Dark early sucks!

Eating and Lobby time aside, I am almost always on the move!

Got an inch of snow here today, made a mess out of everything. Too sloppy to drag out the winter tires for the 01 SS. I will try tomorrow

Managed to swap the wheels on the 01 today, then washed it and parked it in the garage. Also got the cap on the truck. Tomorrow I swap the wheels over on the Jeep and then all I need to do is get 2 tires for the truck. Almost ready for winter! LOL!

For those that don't know yet, Tony from NJ, his wife Lisa passed away suddenly yesterday afternoon and then his Grandmother passed in the evening.
We will be sending something down to them, either food or flowers in the NYMCC name for all of us!!!!

Our prayers are with Tony and the Family!!!!!!!

Sheesh, ya would think Buffalo never got snow before! Cars in ditches all over, people calling in, driving bands, the I90 closed between Rochester and Dunkirk. We got a whopping 5 inches! Matt and I took a drive into the driving ban zone. Didn't seem too bad to me.

Heard on the news here that buffalo got 4' yesterday and there getting 2 more feet today!!! Holy CRAP!!! that's a lot of snow!!!
It would cripple LI for weeks!!!!!!!!!!!

Buffalo airport had 5 inches and 6 miles away they had 60 plus inches. Crazy!! I had some light flurries the other night and I started to panic......lol

Tommy, that's a lot of snow, even for Buffalo. But it will only slow us down a few days.

Kevin, yeah, I drove past the airport last night, hardly anything. Most is cleaned up nicely.

Fun day at work, today, broken plows everywhere! Some days I wish I was paid flat rate!

Well, I can see grass again. Took a drive to the storm zone, the warm weather and rain has melted most of it already. Streets look like shallow canals. But most of Buffalo is back up and running.

I'm deep frying a turkey to take to a friends house for him and his wife. He just had a hip replaced yesterday. so they had no plans for Thanksgiving. So we're taking dinner to them.

also invited my neighbors to my house for Thanksgiving dinner.
so i'm going to smoke 2 turkeys
deep fry 2 turkeys and Katie is going to do one in the oven.
will have lots of left over turkey in the freezer all vacuum sealed.

We will be heading up to York PA. Thurs. morning for Thanksgiving dinner with angelas family and staying overnight in the RV and heading home friday afternoon.

Well, Christmas lights are up, truck is washed, shop is cleaned up and made some upgrades to the slot car track. We now have a drag strip along the front of the main track. I'm running out of room down there! But it's so much fun since I can't play with the real cars for a few months now.

i stopped putting them up years ago.
i gave everything away.

i don't clean up the leaves either. i let mother nature blow them to the woods most of the time.

just got a 30x40 tarp. i want to get the camper covered up. don't like the idea of snow just sitting around all the vents and all.

Jim, Diana used to do the lights, now I just do the outside lights because I got tired of replacing circuit breakers and fuses every year. She takes care of the rest. Now I'm spending my evenings racing my slot cars and making lists of things I need to do to the SS next year.

what a f'n pain in the ass. i added LED lights to my tail lights and turn signals. had to add a load equalizer on each one. 2 per lamp.

and if i find the engineer that design the 08 silverado headlight install i think i would shoot them.

what a pita to get the lights in and out just to change bulbs.

going to get the camper covered tomorrow and a few other things.

LOL! Jim, now you know how I feel! You are technically supposed to pull the bumper down to access the lower bolt, Screw that!!! I tore up my hand replacing the bulbs in Matt's truck, but it didn't take me long.

Well, the extra hours have dropped at work, kind of relieved but kind of bummed. Could use that extra cash right now, but I can also use that extra sleep too. Oh well. Life goes on!

i finally won.... the water bed is F'n going. it has a small leak and we can't find it. i hate that dame thing. but don't like spending 800.00 on a new mattress. but i hope it lets me sleep better.

Sorry to hear Karen's hours will be cut. I'm not worried, we'll get backed up again and I'll be working myself crazy again. Kind of nice to work a slower speed today.

Yeah, I need to figure out a road trip to you guys. Just trying to get past the Holidays first.

January 23rd. Scheduled for surgery for partial knee replacement. Can't wait to get back to my sub four minute mile run...... The bum knee has slowed me down to 4 minute :15 second mile run.... And that is just unacceptable.
