The Monte Hunters 5th Annual Montes at the Glen!

 It's coming up on that time again. The Monte Hunters 5th Annual Montes at the Glen LOL!

Sunday April 17th, We will be heading to Watkins Glen for opening weekend. Meeting at the gas station just off the I-90 exit 42 for 9AM. Then the parking lot at the Advance Auto parts in Watkins Glen for 10AM, then on to the track.

Everyone is welcome to join us. It costs $25 for 3 paced laps of the track. Average speed is about 60MPH, But we hit some higher speeds, but it is still a lot of fun to get the cars out and take them on the track. After the laps, we hang out at the track checking out cars, then it's off to the Burger King in town for lunch and everyone goes their own way after that. 

Last year we had 18 cars and hope to beat that this year. So tell your friends to come an join us!

This is rain or shine.

Anyone interested in going post here or let Tim or I  know.

lol yea maybe as soon as people log in to say hi lol only few post.. seems everyone went away all winter lol
been trying to get someone to notice the post I put on the www.facebook.com/MonteCarloClubOfCny cny monte group I found...
since u are alive no one seems to give me a idea which brand to get for my brakes... want to get all new disc brakes on all 4 pads rotors whaver else is needed... want slotted ceramic so if u have a idea of a brand to look for online would be great

I week to go!!

Got Matt's car out and the tires swapped over. Just need to check all the fluids and gas it up.

Still need to swap the tires over on my 01, change the oil and top off the fluids.

Weather is looking decent for next weekend, let's hope it stays that way.

Awesome News Devin!!

I will be working on our cars the next few days.

There will be 2 guys in a Nissan pickup meeting at the Advance Parking lot. I haven't met them personally, but I know them from the truck site I'm on. I let them know your part of the group, so they will look for you. Thanks!

Alright cool!
We have a few guys meeting you all at exit 42 as well! I'll get a list tomorrow or friday! A group from one of the 607 pages wants to merge our groups and they are meeting in Geneva as well so i told them to meet yall at 42 gas station! Plus a group from Syracuse coming as well! Really looking at a monster group this year, 30+!!

We had a great time!!! Record amount of cars with us as well as over all at the Glen!

Not sure if next year we can break 29 cars in our group, but we will sure try!
