Ron, from Cruzin Buddies told me a while ago that Gabe was in the hospital. Possibly Gabe is behind a bit or still under the weather. I'll email Ron and see what's up.

Am I missing something... didn't we have sort of a problem last year because we didn't pre-register and get our "Purple Pass"

the problem last year was because the traffic guy out by the road wasn't directing you guys in.  John, Dave and I registered there at the show with no problem.  I will be doing the same thing thie year.

Actually the Traffic guy let you in (Dave/John/Tim) because you had classics (Pre-90's) cars that were allowed in the show...the newer cars (6th gen montes) were not allowed in cause they didn't have the card....he said only way to get the card was to preregister...

So to fix the problem we preregistered thinking we were gunna get a card...but that doesn't seem to be the case...

Should be an interesting event to see what happens when we get to the gate this time...

Who is going friday ? I have to change my days from saturday cuz I have to be in carlisle on saturday night. My team and I will have some trucks finished by carlisle truck nationals and they want me to to be there to show off the work.

I want to see if my room i open for friday night instead of saturday so I can still see some of you guys.

I'm actually looking forward to this.  It'll be a cool stop along my road trip........

 

Looks like I have a number of people to ride back'n'forth to the show with on Saturday.  Cool.  I did NOT register for the show because I won't enter the car, whether I'm in my '79 CC or a rental (haven't decided yet).  My hotel reservation, however, is all set for Friday and Saturday nights ... I'll be leaving early Sunday morning for the Boston area to continue my road trip.

 

How late ya'll stay up Friday night?  I really am not sure what time I'll make it to the hotel that night.  I'll be driving in from southwest of Akron OH that morning ... and plan a couple stops along the way....

 

Now ... about that long distance trophy.  Ya'll have it ready for me, don't you????  If not, I highly suggest you get working on it.  You don't want the consequences if you don't..............................

Well, I may be out of the show. Coming home from the show today I started leaking coolant. God I hope it's something cheap! Looking like the 01 is making the trip.

cant catch a break huh dave... But you can still take the 01 to the show... WE are all in the special interest class.

I think I'm bringing the 85, more fun to drive.

Ha were all in the same boat, My Monte wasn't making the trip to begin with, but it's still in pieces radiator had to be taken out to get the sensor in (There are actually certain places to drill out) and still gotta put the new fans in...Regardless GTO was making the show from the get go...I still have nightmares from last year lol...
